How do I place an order?
Simply click on the
item you want, then click the "Add to
Cart," button.
Only credit card or gift certificate orders can be taken online.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover cards.
The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically
and processed immediately. You should receive an e-mail within
20 minutes confirming your order. If you did not receive your order
confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service
department. Please specify the date and approximate time of your
order. After confirming your order in our system we will re-send
you a confirmation for the items you ordered.
We currently do not accept phone orders.
If you have trouble placing

site and someone will promptly respond to your request.
Why am I charged a $3.50 handling fee on orders under $14.50?
In order to keep the price of our products low for our customers,
we have found the need to charge a handling fee on orders under
$14.50. If you have any further questions please contact us at
service@travelingwithkids.com or 801-864-4827.
Can I cancel or modify an order after I submit it?
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any
reason, please email us at customerservice@travelingwithkids.com WITHIN TWO HOURS of placing your order to cancel it free of any
charges. We will send you a confirmation that your order has
been cancelled. After that hour, we will do all that we can to
stop the items from being shipped but there is no guarantee that
we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see
the Returns policy.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Items are usually shipped from our warehouses within two business
days. Standard shipping can take between three and ten business
days to reach the customer. Overnight shipping will be received
the next day if they are submitted by no later than 2:00 pm M.S.T.
Will you send an order confirmation?
We will send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes
your order number, each product you ordered, the price and the
shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each
product you ordered and the price.
If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you
don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact
customer service.
How do I use Discount Coupons and Gift Certificates?
Simply type in the coupon name or code (i.e. welcome or iff546)
into the appropriate code box found under the payment method/credit
card input section on the payment information page and then click
on the "Continue" button to have your order total adjusted.
