Great Customer Service!!! I ordered two PeaPod Plus Travel Beds and On the Go Potty from you. When I got my order confirmation email, I thought there was a mistake, so I wrote to you about it. Your manager (I am sorry, I do not remember her name) called me within a couple of hours to apologize and correct the mistake. It ended up being just a misunderstanding on my part but she was really great about it and I was impressed with the way she handled the situation. My shipment arrived very fast and I am happy with the products I bought.
